Welcome to the 2025 Summer Camp Registration!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment. Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.  Following the completion of this registration, you will see a charge on your account from MLAA.

 

Members Only Camp & Refund Policy for Fees Paid

*** This is a "Members Only" Camp - Please contact the Colony Office if you are uncertain if your child or grandchild is eligible to attend our Summer Camp and/or its associated programs.

*** Refunds will be issued for a child unable to attend our Summer Camp and/or its associated programs due to a medical reason --- a doctor's note will be required & NO parent notes!

All other refunds must be approved by Camp Council

There will be a 5% of amount paid/refund processing fee charged

 

The Medford Lakes Colony does NOT prorate camp fees

 

Please have the following available:

- Vaccination Record and/or Medical and/or Religious Exemption Letter

- Payment (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information)

2025 Summer Camp Registration

ML Colony Camp will be held from
Mon., June 30, 2025 - Fri., July 25, 2025

There will be no Camp on July 4th

for children entering grades 1-9
8:30 am – 1:30 pm,  Monday – Friday

**Grades 1-4:  start day behind Nokomis School

**Grades 5-8:  start day at Brooks Field

**Grade 9/10:  start day with assigned group (TBD)

 

Dates of Events for Lower Camp (1st-4th) - time(s) & date(s) are subject to change

Swim Races - 7/11/25  &  7/18/25

4th Grade JR. Triathlon - Wednesday, July 23rd @ 9:00 am

Dates of Events for Upper Camp (5th-9th) - time(s) & date(s) are subject to change

*TRIATHLON – July 14th - 9:00 am @ Beach #1  (rain date: July 15th)

*MILE SWIM – July 21st - 9:00 am @ Beach #1  (rain date: July 22nd)

8th Grade Canoe Trip – July 16th (rain date: July 17th) - watch for permission slips

Tennis Round Robin (Singles & Doubles) –  Last Week of Camp  (July 21st - 24th)

Canoe Races (Singles & Doubles) –  Last Week of Camp  (July 21st - 24th)

Archery Shootout – Last Week of Camp (July 21st - 24th)
